-KNOWLEDGE & SKILL-
Ninjutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements).
Level II: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and jutsu from a primary element of his choice.
Level III: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and to have two ninjutsu elements. The second will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank than himself.
Master Level: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu, and three ninjutsu elements. The third element will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank then himself.
Taijutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja to perform simple Taijutsu attacks, such as punches and kick combos. The Ninja can use Basic Taijutsu with no styles at this point.
Level II: Allows the ninja to have one Taijutsu fighting style with all allowed rank jutsus.
Level III: Allows the user to have two Taijutsu styles. The second one will only allow to use jutsus of lower rank then himself. The user gains a level one combat trait for free.
Master Level: Allows the user to have two Primary Taijutsu Styles and allows the user gains a level two combat skill. Replaces level one. The user may identify open taijutsu styles.

Speed & Agility
Level I: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than average ninja do, which allows them to dodge basic attacks with more efficiency. The shinobi can perform handseals are a faster rate than average. Requires at least Taijutsu Knowledge Level II.
Level II: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than before, allowing him to dodge ranged attacks, such as shurikens with more efficiency. The shinobi can perform one-handed seals though at a slower rate than average.
Level III: Allows the ninja to use speed related jutsus (Jutsus will have the requirement). The shinobi can perform single handed seals at a normal rate and their two handed seals are a blur.
Master Level: Gives a huge boost on speed and agility. Every thing that requires speed or agility to do, is done with great facility by the ninja. The shinobi can perform multiple one-handed seals simaltaniously, and their two-handed seals are faster than the eye.
Equipment and Weaponry
Level I: The shinobi has gained a proficiency in weaponry higher than that of average shinobi. They can wield basic weaponry outside of ninja tools and use scrolls to pack and store extra equipment. The shinobi can also utilize their own puppet with the right jutsu. The shinobi can wield light weaponry such as a sword or bow and use jutsu oriented to them. They can wield a single light sealing scroll that can hold extra ninja tools such as kunai or shuriken, up to 20. The shinobi may also create a single puppet for puppetry jutsu.
Level II: The shinobi has gained a higher profiency with equipment and weaponry giving them access to multiple light weapons and medium weapons. They can wield two light sealing scrolls and can seal to a higher profiency allowing for sealing of a light weapon or a puppet. The shinobi also may construct and wield three puppets.
Level III: The shinobi is considered an elite in regards to equipment. The shinobi is capable of wielding an assortment of weapons ranging from light, medium, and heavy. They can carry three scrolls on them and seal up to three accessories in them. The shinobi can wield up to six puppets on the field of battle.
Assassination
Level I: The user is stealthy and clever, able to hide in the shadows and move quietly, giving the ninja an edge. User is immune to Chakra Sensory Level I and is 10% less likely to get caught in break-ins.
Level II: The Ninja is learned in anatomy, capable of targeting the vitals of an enemy's body with precision, for incapacitation, or assassination. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level II and is 20% less likely to get caught in break ins.
Level III: Worthy of the title Assassin, the ninja has practiced and perfected arts of killing, making him well-knowledgeable in the many possible forms of death. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level III and is 30% less likely to get caught in break ins.
Chakra Sensory
Level I: Allows the shinobi to sense surrounding chakra, for comparison with its own or surrounding ones. Requires at least Ninjutsu and Genjutsu Knowledge level II. (Range: 100 meters)
Level II: Allows the shinobi to sense chakra at higher range and also sense multiple chakra at once (maximum 5)(Range: 500 meters)
Level III: Allows the shinobi to sense multiple chakra and determine their location. (Range: 1Km)
Genjutsu Resistance
Level I: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of the same rank, making it easier to make a plan of escape. Allows the use of Genjutsu Kai.
Elemental Fusion
Level I: The shinobi has become proficient enough with his own elemental chakra to fusion two elements together giving the shinobi access to a fusion element.

Doton (Earth Release)

Effects: A simple technique that costs the earth to rise, a pillar of stone that shoots forward. This can be used to create a barrier to impede an enemy's progress, defend against attacks, and even be created below shinobi to lift them above the battlefield.
Name: Dochuu Eigyo [Underground Fish Projection]

Effects: A ninjutsu that defies normal surfaces and allows a Shinobi with an earth affinity to literately "Phase" into the ground, allowing them to travel beneath it in a manner similar to as if the user was in water.

Effects: This jutsu draws upon the soil before the user and begins forming it into a great sphere. This ball is composed of dirt crushed firmly together, where it can be then easily flung at opponents. Because of it's composition, it will then roll after landing, crushing enemies via flight or roll. The size of the dumpling exceeds that of a house, and is difficult to stop.
Katon (Fire Release)

Effects: A ranged technique that consists of drawing one's chakra and surrounding it around projectiles. The user will draw fire chakra along the surfaces of the projectiles and then throw them- In mid-air, they will be engulfed by flames, making them even more deadly.
Name: Katon Housenka no Jutsu [Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique]

Effects: Similar to Goukakyuu, Katon Housenka releases flames from the mouth, drawing into the necessary components and then igniting them. Housenka no jutsu, however, does not focus the chakra into one simple large entity but infact releases a number of fireballs simultaneous from the mouth. Each fireball is small, but the sheer number of them can make it difficult to face. This just releases on an average a dozen fireballs.

Effects: A special jutsu that releases a great smog from the mouth, enveloping a foe in a great black cloud that blinds those within. The true purpose of this jutsu, however, is the fact that it can be ignited by the smallest of flames, allowing the shinobi to turn the smog into a fiery death trap. A second technique or item must be used to ignite the smog.

Effects: A jutsu that is similar to the manner shinobi walk on water and trees, but far more dramatic in the manner it functions. The user will gather a large quantity of chakra beneath their foot as they raise it. Upon gathering sufficient energy, the user will stomp downward, compressing the air that they've gather until, like a spring, it explodes, flinging the ninja forward. This is useful for charging the enemy, quickly crossing the battlefield, and dodging attacks.

Effects: A wind technique that is similar to Hakke Kuusho, Reppusho allows the user to gather air into the palm of their, condensing the gases until they are released upon thrusting the user's hand forward, releasing a small but powerful wave capable of flinging foes away.

Effects: An extremely potent wind jutsu that functions with merely a flick of the fingers, this technique releases a series of air waves that do not merely cut but, at a molecular level, breaks down what lies within it's path, making it extremely difficult to defend against. This technique is best utilized in close range, as it is more difficult to respond to the simultaneous blades being released.

Effect: The user creates a dozen of pockets of magma underneath the earth, these pockets act as land mines of a sort. These "mines" are made of highly pressured magma that will explode when stepped on, or when given the detonation signal.

Effect: the user makes Clones which are VERY VERY HOT!!(magma hot!!) The intensity of their heat is so strong it can melt metals(just like magma does) However, if it with a strong blow or a Jutsu, they will explode. Because of the heat, normal taijutsu is not suggested. These clones can be manually exploded as well.(Meaning no other technique is needed, just like with Explosive tags.) Creates up to 5 Clones per use. Easily defeated by Water/Lightning Techniques.

Effects: The user harness their chakra, creating a thick shield of Obsidian strapped to their forearm. This shield is resistant to energy based attacks, and can withstand even the strongest of heat. While not extremely powerful against blunt force, it is able to deflect blows for swords or projectiles. If a energy jutsu of it's rank or below makes contact, the shield is able to reflect it back. It's able to withstand energy based jutsus of one rank above.

Effects: The user slams both hands on the ground, summoning a large shard of obsidian to shoot out of the ground. The shard is 10 feet high, and able to shield several people at once. It's great for defending groups of people, or defending against large attacks. This shard is very durable against even the strongest energy jutsus, and is reflective for jutsus of it's rank and below. It can withstand energy jutsus of A rank and lower.

Effects: With this jutsus, the user is able to craft weapons from Obsidian. These weapons can be of any shape, size, or weight, depending on the user's equipment skill. These weapons are naturally reflective against energy jutsus, and are as durable as steel. The user must press their hands against the ground, and form the weapon in their mind. From there, they pull back, removing the weapon from the ground to be used.

Effects: By pressing both hands to their chest, the user is able to quickly craft a full body armor of Obsidian. While the armor comes with the penalty of minus one to agility, it's extremely resistant to energy based jutsus. The user is able to move through even the most intense heat with little difficultly. The armor is also reflective, making it extremely powerful. In terms of durability, it's as strong as steel.
Kyoukan (Assassin)

Effects: This technique utilizes a cloak, robe, or some other form of clothing that is capable of covering the majority of the body. The user will cover the garment will chakra, utilizing it to alter the color to fit the landscape, much like a chameleon in order to hide themselves. Weapons, body parts outside of the garment, are not effected by this. This technique does not provide true invisibility, but merely camouflage. An object striking the altered garment will disrupt the technique, ending it. Requires Level Two Assassination

Effects: The shinobi shall secretly place an explosive tag upon their hand, typically upon their palm in order to hide it when making a fist. Upon nearing a foe they will ignite the tag and strike an enemy, attacking them seconds before the explosion. They will cover they hand with chakra and push the energy forward, thus directing the majority of the explosion towards an enemy. They will take damage from their proximity to the blast but reduced, the majority of the force being projected towards an enemy.
Seishou Kentou (Energy Boxing)

Effects: Sanjuu Kiru is a variation of the Nibai Fukku technique in it's usage of more then one strike in a row. This attack uses the user into the Seishou Kentou battle stance, and like the others requires the player to move in to close quarters against the opponent. Once in close quarters the user strikes hard with his right arm then striking with his left, if the right arm connects or misses makes no difference, as the right arm strikes upwards for an uppercut against the opponents jaw.

Effects: While the strikes of Seishou Kentou are usually very strong they can also be very fast. This attack uses the body's ability to use chakra to make their fists strike faster, in a form of a cheap stimulent so to say. Entering the boxing stance the user channels chakra into his arm's and strikes extremely fast and can continue to strike as long as the user floods power to his arms.

Effects: This jutsu is one that is not directly offensive compared to the other jutsu in Seishou Tentou. This jutsu concentrates on the user's footwork. By focusing energy in their leg's like in the Hayai Dageki technique the user moves forward at great speed, causing an afterimage like effect behind the user as they move. However at moving such a speed this jutsu is hard to control movement. Level 2 Speed and Agility Required.

『BASIC EQUIPMENT』
A pack issued to any ninja, that contains the following: ten shuriken, eight kunai (four for pack, four for leg holster), two smoke bombs, ten exploding tags, and one spool of wire (fifty feet).
『BINGO BOOK』
A book that contains any and all information on every recorded nukenin, which all Jōnin and ANBU are given by their respective Kage or equally-powerful figure to hunt down and assassinate. The purpose of this is so that the village's secrets and/or kekkei genkai are not stolen or examined by the enemy. Kirigakure has a special unit within their ANBU called Oinin whose sole purpose is the complete eradication of these nukenin. Carry one.
『SEAL SCROLL ONE』
This scroll is located on Miku's left hip, opposite of her second scroll. It's laced with a red ribbon to mark it from the others. This scroll contains the following items.『HITAI-ITE』
The forehead protecter or headband that everyone gets at Genin, which has a symbol representing his or her ninja village of origin. A strike through this symbol shows that the individual is a nukenin of their former home. The cloth is either colored navy blue, crimson, black, or white. Free item, expected to be always worn.
『HYŌRŌGAN』
Special pills that are issued to any ninja, unlike Zōketsugan. These pills replenish the stamina and chakra and nourish the body of the person who ingests it. It's made of powerful stimulants and nutrients. Carry five.
『FLASH BOMB』
Small pouches containing a thick powder substance. When chakra is powered into them, and they make contact with a surface, they burst. The powder lights, and releases a intense light to blind a foe for a short period of time. Best used for a distraction or quick escape. The scroll contains two of these.
『SEAL SCROLL TWO』
This scroll is located on Miku's right hip, opposite of her second scroll. This scroll is a light cyan blue, with black spiral design located on the outside. This scroll is used to contain the following items.『EXPLODING TAGS』
Exploding tags are scraps of paper inscribed with a special formula, centering around the kanji for explode, 「爆」"baku." Infused with chakra, they will explode either after a set amount of time has passed, or remotely. The tags can be attached to a surface or wrapped around a weapon to be thrown at an enemy. Carry five.
『FŪMA SHURIKEN』
A giant-sized version of the shuriken, with four pre-eminent sharpened blades. The blades can be retracted into a single blade forme, or a variety of other combinations. Carry two, worn on back.
『COMBAT KNIFE』
A short bladed weapon that is wider then a kunai with a flat blade. This tool is more effective for deflecting weapons and blocking against blows then a kunai. While it's not as effective thrown, this weapon is more efficient for close combat. it can easily be stored or hidden. This weapon requires no skill to use.

Description: The Sainan is a very special weapon that Miku Arechi inherited from her family line. The duel blades are rumored to have been harvested from a ancient creature generations ago, of course, such things are silly tales. In truth, the blades were crafted from a fine steel that was given a gold finish as a sign of wealth. While that may not seem very special, what makes the blades so amazing is their ability to split open into two medium sized fans for wind jutsus. The blades are extremely light, and are able to click together into the same sheath. Thus, making the duel blades appear to be a single blade. It is possible to use these blades as a single sword, but to a trained swordsman, they would notice the awkward disposition of weight towards the hilt.
