-KNOWLEDGE & SKILL-
Taijutsu Knowledge
Master Level: Allows the user to have two Primary Taijutsu Styles and allows the user gains a level two combat skill. Replaces level one. The user may identify open taijutsu styles.
Ninjutsu Knowledge
Level II: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and jutsu from a primary element of his choice.

Speed & Agility
Level III: Allows the ninja to use speed related jutsus (Jutsus will have the requirement). The shinobi can perform single handed seals at a normal rate and their two handed seals are a blur.
Strength and Power
Level II: Gives the ninja more strength and power then average ninja do, which allows them to deliver more damage in their Taijutsu attacks. The strength level of the ninja will be enough to crack stone with an attack.
Equipment and Weaponry
Level III: The shinobi is considered an elite in regards to equipment. The shinobi is capable of wielding an assortment of weapons ranging from light, medium, and heavy. They can carry three scrolls on them and seal up to three accessories in them. The shinobi can wield up to six puppets on the field of battle.

Name: Waza no Jutsu [Walking Technique]

Effects: This technique is a must for any Shinobi. Difficult for some genins, Waza consists of basic manipulation of chakra through the fit. This is done through two ways. First, they may concentrate chakra to their soles to because adhesive, allowing them to walk on normally impossible surfaces, such as walls or a tree. Second, the user may force their chakra downward to act as a method of balance which grants them the ability to walk on water. Both take a constant concentration of chakra, and thus must be maintained each turn of usage for one chakra. This does not require hand seals.

Effects: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements; however, other methods can be taken from the environment used to disguise the movement such as a swarm of leaves.
Effects with Agility and Speed Skill:
Level I: May be used to move once in two posts, without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after.
Level II: May be used to escape once a post without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after.
Level III: May be used to move as often as the user wants with chance of attacking once.
Name: Genjutsu Kai [Illusion Technique Release]
Type: Ninjutsu
Sub-type: Chakra
Rank: C
Orientation: Defensive
Cost: Equal the cost of the genjutsu. If it is B-rank, it costs 3 more to break, 5 if A, and 7 if S-rank.
Effects: This basic technique allows the user to stop their flow of chakra and reactivate it in a burst of energy, essentially restarting their body in order to rid themselves of harmful chakra influences, most notably that of genjutsu. This technique may break genjutsus consisting of one sub-type.

Name: Hibashira (Pillar of Fire)
Type: Kenjutsu
Sub-type: Shuuren Kouyoryu

Effects: A technique in which the user flicks the inside of the elbow forth, using the sword. This whips the sword forth as if it is being thrown, however, this is not the end, placing as much weight as possible on the tip of the blade, the users strike gains more force than the user actually has due to how the force is distributed and thus increases its power much further, downwardly striking the opponent with great force.

Effects: A technique where the user places the arms across holding the sword towards the side standing in position in order to attack the opponent. The user whips the arm forth, and then strikes with a powerful horizontal cleaving strike which can be amplified by the whipping motion of the sword, the attack is ferocious, and can be used to attack multiple opponents in one slash if the sword is long enough.

Effects:
The forward speed of the fall due to gravity, will greatly exceed their expectations, from there you gain extra acceleration, by using all of your physical strength, and achieve super acceleration, by doing this the force of gravity and your physical strength are combined with a rising sword attack, and by doing this, the technique seems extremely fast paced. Though, it is a linear move, incredibly straightforward; it is a technique which is exceptionally fast and used to take opponents off their guards.

Effects: The three step range, it's actually slower than the Shidensen, first the user falls forward, and using that moment, move diagonally forward of the enemy, second move using your moment as you fall sideways, suddenly cross you legs to create an unbalance stance, sudden change of direction, and simultaneously sudden acceleration, at such a close distance to your enemy, you switch from "forward" to "sideways", this sudden change in direction of movement, nobody will be able to follow it with ease, as it seemingly uses awkward stances to make the opponent think twice, the movement is like a streak or bolt of lightning and is fast.

Name: Gekirin (Imperial Wrath)

Sub-type: Shuuren Kouyoryu

Effects: A technique where, at the moment of your slash, you quickly switch the positions of your left and right hands, and suddenly alter, the trajectory of your sword, the change is instantaneous and if you're caught within it's range, it's impossible to block it without an incredibly quick reaction speed.
Name: Tanryuu Hibaku (Rushing Rapids, Cascading Waterfall)
Type: Kenjutsu
Sub-type: Shuuren Kouyoryu

Effects: The user positions the sword for a slashing motion on top of the opponents sword. Tricking the opponent, you thrust the sword forth by changing the trajectory of the blade and/or switching the hands. The user then attacks with a slash once more after being in the opponents defenses and slashes them once more, causing a streaming three transitioning blow in order to cut or stab the opponent.

Name: Kagenui (Stitching Shadows)
Type: Kenjutsu
Sub-type: Shuuren Kouyoryu

Effects: A technique where the user relaxes the body at one moment, waiting for an opponents counter attack, and then spins out of the way of the attack to close in and get into the opponents range. The attack is done immediately, flowing with the opponents rhythm and catching them off-guard leaving the opponent open for a counter-striking motion.

Name: Aragami (Wild God)
Type: Kenjutsu
Sub-type: Shuuren Kouyoryu

Effects: Is a technique that achieves a harmony of offense and defense, you start with a special high stance, then target and strike your enemy's weapon, in that instant when your weapon hits your opponent's weapon, you give your sword a sharp twist and add a sudden burst of speed to it's impact. Thereby not only destroying your opponent's weapon but also knocking it away (this doesn't go for weapons that can't be destroyed or have a much greater durability, though they can be knocked away, also the opponents own strength is dependent upon how hard the weapon is to knock away).

Name: Koshuuchou (Empty Kick Jump)
Type: Taijutsu
Sub-type: Shuuren Kouyoryu

Effects: A special movement technique used to get into the opponents range quickly and other useful advantages. The user takes forth a leap, moving towards the opponent with a clear across leap. The user then kicks the foot downward going into the ground with an accelerated movement from the air to the ground in an instant notion right before landing. Using this, the opponent can be caught off-guard by the the trick and thus it is a highly useful move.

Name: Kosen (Tiger Drill)
Type: Kenjutsu
Sub-type: Shuuren Kouyoryu

Effects: It's a thrust where you focus your body weight and force created from turning your body into the tip of your sword, thereby multiplying the force and wounding power of the thrust several times over. The power becomes extraordinary, and thus can go through obstacles a slash or normal thrust can't go through and is considered a specialized technique.

『BINGO BOOK』
A book that contains any and all information on every recorded nukenin, which all Jōnin and ANBU are given by their respective Kage or equally-powerful figure to hunt down and assassinate. The purpose of this is so that the village's secrets and/or kekkei genkai are not stolen or examined by the enemy. Kirigakure has a special unit within their ANBU called Oinin whose sole purpose is the complete eradication of these nukenin.
『HYŌRŌGAN』
Special pills that are issued to any ninja, unlike Zōketsugan. These pills replenish the stamina and chakra and nourish the body of the person who ingests it. It's made of powerful stimulants and nutrients. Carry five.

Weapon Class: Katana (Tachi)
Pocket: Weapon
Equipment Type: Medium
Description: A sword made for Xin, for both training him and becoming his prime weapon in battle. The sword is a long sword or "tachi" shorter than an Odachi but longer than a katana in length. It weighs more than a regular sword, but is also very durable and can cut through flesh and bone like butter.

Everything looks good except a few things. Chunin actually get 175JP so if you'd like to add some more jutsu with your 50JP I'll leave this up for you to do it. Also your sword cutting through stone like butter without any enhancements is a little overpowered. Is there any enhancement by chakra? If so it would be much more believable.

Ok, the factors of cutting stone and steel are two different things. The qualities of a weapon cutting through stone are that the user has the ability to use the draw or certain motions to cut through the stone techniques with effort meaning generating more momentum and power. For example, Fire Kata have the ability to easily cut through stone, when you place them in the hands of a masterful swordsman in Naruto. Factor that into the situation where if Rock Lee were to punch a boulder and I were to slice it, he would break through it and I would cut it in half.
At any rate, I changed it to cutting flesh and bone with ease, then having it cutting stone, though my character should still have the ability to cut stone with ease. Steel, I understand metal is a great deal more dense than steel, unless it is special stone. Either way, my character is also a taijutsu/kenjutsu master and thus doesn't use much along the lines of ninja techniques.
Either way, I'm finished and decided to change from Flash Sword to my Converging Element Style.

The switch up is alright. Within the confines of psuedo-physics that anime follows I just felt a regular swing slicing through stone without any effort was a bit too powerful. The use of Fire Kata to increase your cutting power works just fine. Using chakra for the desired effect is all that was needed.
