Shimo Rībā's jutsu
-KNOWLEDGE & SKILL-
Ninjutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements).
Level II: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and jutsu from a primary element of his choice.
Level III: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and to have two ninjutsu elements. The second will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank than himself.
Master Level: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu, and three ninjutsu elements. The third element will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank then himself.
Taijutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja to perform simple Taijutsu attacks, such as punches and kick combos. The Ninja can use Basic Taijutsu with no styles at this point.
Level II: Allows the ninja to have one Taijutsu fighting style with all allowed rank jutsus.
Level III: Allows the user to have two Taijutsu styles. The second one will only allow to use jutsus of lower rank then himself. The user gains a level one combat trait for free.
Master Level: Allows the user to have two Primary Taijutsu Styles and allows the user gains a level two combat skill. Replaces level one. The user may identify open taijutsu styles.

Equipment and Weaponry
Level III: The shinobi is considered an elite in regards to equipment. The shinobi is capable of wielding an assortment of weapons ranging from light, medium, and heavy. They can carry three scrolls on them and seal up to three accessories in them. The shinobi can wield up to six puppets on the field of battle.
Speed & Agility
Master Level: Gives a huge boost on speed and agility. Every thing that requires speed or agility to do, is done with great facility by the ninja. The shinobi can perform multiple one-handed seals simultaneously, and their two-handed seals are faster than the eye.
Elemental Fusion
Level III: The shinobi has become so skilled at fusion that they can utilize the radiating chakra created through the fusion process to ration their own chakra. Fusion jutsu cost 50% up to B-rank and A-rank & S-rank cost 4 less CP to use.
Chakra Capacity
Level III: Allows the shinobi to sustain a Large amount of Chakra, 30% more. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of five CP over the total CP (applying skill bonus).
Genjutsu Resistance
Level II: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of one rank higher. Also, allows the use of Genjutsu Hakai.

Suiton (Water Release)

Effects: A ninjutsu that disperses the user's chakra through the air to manipulate the water particles and alter their composition to produce a mist of varying thickness. Veiling an enemy's sight, this technique can be taken advantage of if used right, those who specialize in assassination and combat not based on sight best suited for battle in mist.

Effects: A jutsu that produces a copy of one's self by drawing water and shaping it into their own form. The user's chakra causes the body to solidify and take on the appearance of the creator, as well as any items they have. These clones are easily disrupted, any great impacts causing their structure to break down. They are, however, able to use jutsus, and may be manipulated from a distance. The jutsu's cost is it's base +2 chakra for each additional clone made after the first.

Effects: A great suiton technique that floods the surrounding area with water which is released from the user's body by converting their chakra into it. This flood will create a miniature ocean, giving a ninja with water affinity a distinct advantage over his foes with an endless supply of water to use. Because of the water's nature, being produced from their own body, the user of this technique requires no chakra to water walk atop it. This jutsu does not require a maintaining cost.

Effects: Denryuu allows the user to focus their chakra to the tip of their fingers and release a beam of lightning, which will shoot forward to impale a target. Small and brittle, the technique is nonetheless useful for striking from a distance, and can be seen as a "Sniping" technique.

Effects: This technique is a close-range jutsu that consists of focusing electrified chakra to the palm of the user's hand, condensing it until the jutsu is utilized. Upon usage, the stored electricity will spray forward randomly, striking anything near the spray of lightning, deflecting projectiles, striking foes, and defending the user from earth-based techniques.

Effects: A technique that begins in an identical fashion as Ikadzuchi- However, the bolt will instead shoot downward back upon the user, impacting their body and surrounding them with chaotic lightning. Surging around the Shinobi, a glowing armor of lightning will be created. This armor will shield the body by having electricity lash out at anything that nears the target, as well as make any contact or weapons the user uses to be engulfed in the energy as well, adding a shocking effect to any blows they do. Because of this dual nature, getting near one using Raigeku no Yoroi is a dangerous task. This jutsu requires two chakra per turn to maintain.
Goshuton (Alcohol Release)

Effects: This is the very core of a Goshuton user's arsenal as it keeps them in a constant state of inebriation allowing them to use their entire set of intoxication based jutsu with little to no difficulty as well as using Suiken without the side effects of hangovers or the use of a gourd.

Effects: By supplying a small amount of chakra around his outer layer of skin Minoru can produce a rather potent sweat of intoxicating fumes from his body creating a large dense mist within a twenty foot radius of himself turning most people within it into drunken idiots like himself. The mist act's through both nasal and oral intake making anybody who inhales it suffer the effects. (Intoxication lasts 3 posts)

Effects: By concentrating chakra in their skin the user is able to create the alcoholic toxin at an alarming rate in the form of their sweat. Once a sufficient amount has been created it begins to gather into the wielder's hand and takes on the shape of a ball about the size of a baseball. However don't let the size of this jutsu fool you as the ball of toxin is actually condensed to that size to insure a more powerful effect once it goes off. Of course this jutsu doesn't stop there. Being so small in size it can easily be manipulated by the user making them able to control it's trajectory indefinitely until it is detonated. Once detonated the ball releases a rather dense blast of extremely potent intoxicating mist into a rather large area of about 15 feet around it. Unlike Sake Kasumi however this mist can be absorbed through the victims skin as well. Intoxication lasts 4 posts.
Fuyu No Ikari (Bloodline)

Effects: Allows wielder to send ice pillars shooting out of the ground on almost any surface by simply touching the ground with hands or feet and directing their freezing cold chakra wherever they see fit.

Effects: By using a small amount of chakra the user is able to create a small barrier of ice under their skin anywhere on their body they choose. This barrier although rather thin is made of a rather dense ice that not only defends the user from heavy blows and cuts to a moderate degree but also grants them immunity to jutsu getting into their bloodstream via cuts and stabs.

Effects: The user slams their foot into the ground causing medium sized spikes of ice to burst from the ground in random directions making the use of speed related jutsu or attacks requiring speed almost impossible for the user and attacker.

Chakra Cost: 6 +1 every turn in affect
Effects: thousands of tiny ice shards began to come from Rai's body and surround him for a few moments gathering a small amount of chakra from his body before bursting out into the air all around the area allowing him too feel any chakra the ice shards come in contact with but any thing that obstructs them allowing him to defend against sneak attacks from anywhere except directly underneath him. Follows him around within 15 yards as long as the jutsu stays activated.

Effects: This jutsu allows the user to give them self the painful sensation of a brain- freeze which allows then to snap out of genjutsu of B rank or lower. Users vision becomes blurred and movements become slowed for two posts after used.

Effects: The user releases a freezing blizzard into the air all around the area within a 15 yard Diameter not only simulating the effects of the coldest mountain tops but also hindering the enemy greatly and icing the ground all around the area. Effects: By condensing a rather large amount of fuuton and suiton into either hand the user of this jutsu can create a moderately sized sphere of ice that upon detonation releases not only a blast of freezing cold air capable of freezing water and causing minor frostbite on contact with the skin but also sends out dozens of large encroaching branches of ice that engulf the entirety of an area of about 20 feet in all directions that are capable of both ensnaring enemies inside of them but also cutting and gouging them in the process.

Effects: By focusing an enormous amount of both Futon and Suiton based chakra into his arm Rai begins to chill it to unbearable level that only a member of the hyouton clan could even hope to survive. Once he is finished he keep the frozen chakra built up into his hand until he's ready to unleash it upon his unlucky foe. This justu is compared to a shotgun based on how it attacks seeing as how the closer it is to the enemy the most damage it does. Now considering the sheer level of freezing cold chakra that comes from this attack a point blank attack holds little chance of survival for the person it's used on and even using it withing a few feet of them can cause immediate frost bite to the area hit. The one weakness this jutsu holds is that after it's use whichever arm the user used it with will become completely stiff both weighing him down and making him unable to use his arm for the rest of the fight. (The temperature of the attack is −400.00° F)

Effects: The user will focus on an opponent, watching closely for any movements. Their bodies reactions will increase as long as they remain motionless, allowing them to respond quicker to attacks. This cannot be used to make attacks faster, though this move may aid in finding an opening. This jutsu cannot be used immediately, and must be used one turn before gaining the benefits. Requires Level I Speed and Agility.

Effects: Though inebriated the users awareness of his surroundings is unusually superior, making him even harder to hit even when he is drunk. This frustrating his opponents and makes them lose focus, his reflexive ability beyond normal, both in how he moves and how efficiently. This technique automatically activates upon Inebriation being used, and costs no chakra. This ends when Inebriation ends.

『BASIC EQUIPMENT』
A pack issued to any ninja, that contains the following: ten shuriken, eight kunai (four for pack, four for leg holster), two smoke bombs, ten exploding tags, and one spool of wire (fifty feet).
『EXPLODING TAGS』
Exploding tags are scraps of paper inscribed with a special formula, centering around the kanji for explode, 「爆」"baku." Infused with chakra, they will explode either after a set amount of time has passed, or remotely. The tags can be attached to a surface or wrapped around a weapon to be thrown at an enemy. Carry five.
『HYŌRŌGAN』
Special pills that are issued to any ninja, unlike Zōketsugan. These pills replenish the stamina and chakra and nourish the body of the person who ingests it. It's made of powerful stimulants and nutrients. Carry five.
『BINGO BOOK』
A book that contains any and all information on every recorded nukenin, which all Jōnin and ANBU are given by their respective Kage or equally-powerful figure to hunt down and assassinate. The purpose of this is so that the village's secrets and/or kekkei genkai are not stolen or examined by the enemy. Kirigakure has a special unit within their ANBU called Oinin whose sole purpose is the complete eradication of these nukenin. Carry one.

Equipment Type: Light
Description: These chakra infused weapon pair have been passed down for several generations each time a new head of the Fuyu no ikari clan is named. The gauntlets are made from an incredibly powerful silver alloy as well as having bright veins of chakra coursing through them as well as resembling the heads of wolves bearing their fangs. The grieves are made of the same material and are only different in that they resemble a wolf's paw. The main aspect of both of these weapons however is how they both utilize ice chakra. The gauntlets are able to focus on a single spot anywhere within about 10 feet of the user and create an explosion of ice that is not only capable of freezing water instantly but also shooting high speed shrapnel in a wide cone area in front of it. The grieves are able to form a thin layer of ice on whatever surface they come in contact with and are also able to instantly fire off a blast of powerful freezing cold air from the bottom that can not only aid in taijutsu attacks but also propel the user high into the air or straight forward depending on their direction. (-3 cp for gauntlet, -2 cp for grieves ice propulsion)
