Shimo Riba is dressed in a white and blue color scheme. A luminescent white jacket, trimmed in a bright aqua blue is strapped over his chest. A pale blue shirt is underneath with a large scarf that drops to his feet. The pants match with the jacket and his shoes are the general ninja sandals. Nothing special, really. He is lacking a headband, which contributes to the fact that he's a rogue.

Strangely enough, he was born with blue hair and eyes. Which goes to explain why he wears so much blue to begin with. Height wise, he stands 6 feet. This gives him a bit of a lanky body structure, since his weight is barely at 150. For people outside of Furogakure, some might believe his hair color to be dyed rather then it's natural shade.
