Secondary Character Regulations

The rules regarding secondary characters has been overlooked with the start of the new forum. As such a new regulation regarding quick to be made second characters must be put into place. First and foremost, the second character cannot make requests until the two months and a week after they are made. You can still roleplay as them and perform missions, but you cannot receive benefits from them until later. Also after the first probation is complete you must wait another month before you may request a rank up. As of the day this topic is posted, only those chunin and above who made character before this may make secondary characters. They still must abide by these rules, excluding the first probation which will be shortened by the amount of days they've been on the forum thus far. I understand that this may be confusing so if you have any questions you may pm or ask me in the cbox and I'll explain further.

After hearing much interest in the idea, I am amending the regulation to allow secondary characters to post requests regarding training, anything that grants JP but not MP. It is not my purpose to completely stop the progress of secondary characters, simply to stunt it long enough for them to keep up with possible future ones.
