READ THIS: Character Breakers

A few notes before making your character so you don't lose precious work over an unfortunate minor detail.

1. First and foremost, no Uchiha's. Konoha is long dead and unfortunately Uchiha's always making sure there were only three of themselves prevented them from surviving in between shinobi times.

2. Try to make your age appropriate to your personality and rank. Though being much older works if that's what you truly want, being much younger doesn't make a good case unless you are a wizard when it comes to the art of word weaving.

3. Excuse my terminology but no 'Super Special Characters', this includes things like Bijuu, Canon Relations, Sage of the Six Paths, Rinnegan, etc. (Will be updated with more cases.)

4. Please don't quote Miku, Shimo, or Enjou when it comes to examples of how characters should be, especially Shimo. They are horrid examples of how characters should be, Enjou's not bad though he's a pretty cool guy. Call it what you will but when you have three lazy admins a lot goes by the wayside.

5. This will be continually updated with new info as new cases come along. This doesn't mean you have to follow it religiously, just check it every month or so if you're thinking of making a new character.

And if you follow these guidelines your character should not be outright declined. If you have any questions and such just post them in the Ideas and Issues board, in the cbox, or just pming them to someone works just as well.
