-KNOWLEDGE & SKILL-
Ninjutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements).
Level II: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and jutsu from a primary element of his choice.
Level III: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and to have two ninjutsu elements. The second will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank than himself. The user gains a level one chakra trait for free.
Master Level: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu, and three ninjutsu elements. The third element will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank then himself. The shinobi's mastery of ninjutsu has given them access to a single Yin-Yang Balance Element. The user gains a level two chakra trait for free.
Taijutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja to perform simple Taijutsu attacks, such as punches and kick combos. The Ninja can use Basic Taijutsu with no styles at this point.
Level II: Allows the ninja to have one Taijutsu fighting style with all allowed rank jutsus.
Level III: Allows the user to have two Taijutsu styles. The second one will only allow to use jutsus of lower rank then himself. The user gains a level one combat trait for free.
Master Level: Allows the user to have two Primary Taijutsu Styles and allows the user gains a level two combat skill. Replaces level one. The user may identify open taijutsu styles.

Free Stuff
Assassination
Level I: The user is stealthy and clever, able to hide in the shadows and move quietly, giving the ninja an edge. User is immune to Chakra Sensory Level I and is 10% less likely to get caught in break-ins.
Level II: The Ninja is learned in anatomy, capable of targeting the vitals of an enemy's body with precision, for incapacitation, or assassination. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level II and is 20% less likely to get caught in break ins.
Chakra Sensory
Level I: Allows the shinobi to sense surrounding chakra, for comparison with its own or surrounding ones. Requires at least Ninjutsu and Genjutsu Knowledge level II. (Range: 100 meters)
Level II: Allows the shinobi to sense chakra at higher range and also sense multiple chakra at once (maximum 5)(Range: 500 meters)
Buying This
Speed & Agility
Level I: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than average ninja do, which allows them to dodge basic attacks with more efficiency. The shinobi can perform handseals are a faster rate than average. Requires at least Taijutsu Knowledge Level II.
Level II: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than before, allowing him to dodge ranged attacks, such as shurikens with more efficiency. The shinobi can perform one-handed seals though at a slower rate than average.
Level III: Allows the ninja to use speed related jutsus (Jutsus will have the requirement). The shinobi can perform single handed seals at a normal rate and their two handed seals are a blur.
Master Level: Gives a huge boost on speed and agility. Every thing that requires speed or agility to do, is done with great facility by the ninja. The shinobi can perform multiple one-handed seals simaltaniously, and their two-handed seals are faster than the eye.
Assassination
Level III: Worthy of the title Assassin, the ninja has practiced and perfected arts of killing, making him well-knowledgeable in the many possible forms of death. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level III and is 30% less likely to get caught in break ins.
Master Level: Allows the ninja to be perfect at the arts of stealth and quick kills, giving them near perfect accuracy, and move without even being known. User is Immune to Chakra Sensory Master Level and is 40% less likely to get caught in break ins.
Equipment and Weaponry
Level I: The shinobi has gained a proficiency in weaponry higher than that of average shinobi. They can wield basic weaponry outside of ninja tools and use scrolls to pack and store extra equipment. The shinobi can also utilize their own puppet with the right jutsu. The shinobi can wield light weaponry such as a sword or bow and use jutsu oriented to them. They can wield a single light sealing scroll that can hold extra ninja tools such as kunai or shuriken, up to 20. The shinobi may also create a single puppet for puppetry jutsu.
Level II: The shinobi has gained a higher profiency with equipment and weaponry giving them access to multiple light weapons and medium weapons. They can wield two light sealing scrolls and can seal to a higher profiency allowing for sealing of a light weapon or a puppet. The shinobi also may construct and wield three puppets.
Chakra Sensory
Level III: Allows the shinobi to sense multiple chakra and determine their location. (Range: 1Km)
Strength and Power
Level I: Gives the ninja more strength and power then average ninja do, providing more physical constitution, allowing the ninja to sustain more damage. Requires at least Taijutsu Knowledge Level II.
Elemental Fusion
Level I: The shinobi has become proficient enough with his own elemental chakra to fusion two elements together giving the shinobi access to a fusion element.

Effects: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements; however, other methods can be taken from the environment used to disguise the movement such as a swarm of leaves.
This jutsu can only be used by Chūnin rank ninja and above.
Effects with Agility and Speed Skill:
Level I: May be used to move once in two posts, without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after.
Level II: May be used to escape once a post without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after.
Level III: May be used to move as often as the user wants with chance of attacking once.
Master Level: May be used as often as the user wants with possibility of combo attack and jutsu use after.

Effects: This technique is called the "ultimate earth-element resurrection technique". It seemingly continuously resurrects a large number of slain people as zombies, but with none of their rationality, physical prowess, or technique at their disposal. They are fairly easy to destroy. If the technique is deactivated either by the user or if the user is killed, the zombies will immediately turn to dust. Requires a 2 chakra maintenance and only a maximum of 50 zombies are alive at a time.

Effects: This jutsu carries the same water absorbing technique as Hirukumo, a cloud which upon contact saps away the liquid from a person's body as rapid rates in order to dehydrate and incapacitate a foe. Kaimenakki produces a large cloud shaped into the form of a demonic face, a gaping mouth that wishes to devour a foe whole. As tall and wide as a human, it is a fearsome foe. As with Hirukumo, this technique will first attempt to latch onto a foe, spreading across them. Unlike the previous technique, Kaimenakki may be controlled by the user, changing directions and being controlled in intricate ways. As long as the user holds the hand seals, the Sponge Demon's form will remain and continued to ravage a foe.

Effects: This technique alters the stability of one of the clouds created by the user, splitting the water molecules in order to utilize the hydrogen within them as a fuel, turning the cloud into a volatile weapon which, with the user's chakra, will ignite the clouds form, causing a potent explosive. Effects: A technique whose basis is the "Walking" Technique, Kyokugi is a technique practiced by those wishing to deftly cross the battlefield in a erratic and unpredictable manner. The user takes a familiar concept, drawing chakra into their feet. In this variation, however, rather then becoming adheisive or merely standing upon a surface, this form of the jutsu creates chakra "Springs" upon the soles, which project a user forward. This essentially allows the user to bounce across the battlefield in a rapid manner, either distracting a foe or merely getting across tedious obstacles. Requires Level Two Assassination

Effects: An attack where an enemy will rush an opponent, apparently trying to stab a foe, only to launch themselves over an enemy, jumping in a path similar to a crescent moon while slashing at a foe's shoulder/neck/head. This allows the user to simultaneously surprise a foe, move behind them, and strike them from above.

Effects: This technique is utilized by a Shinobi to improve their ability to strike at the specific points of an enemy's body, aiming at the nervous system in order to cut off the connection of the body part to the brain. Thus, disabling an enemy by striking at specific points. Utilizing projectiles or blades, the shinobi will coat it with chakra, aiming at an opponent's body in order to strike it in such a way, spreading the chakra into the body to cut off it's connection for a short time-period.

Effects: A technique that relies on chakra enhanced projectiles, the ninja will throw three knives, needles, or similar weapon at an opponent. The first shall be thrown normally, the next chakra-enhanced, the last containing an immense amount of force behind it. The purpose of this technique is to penetrate armors and defenses. The first blade shall strike the defense, the next pushing it further in, and the last striking it to push the blade in deeper, cracking bones if necessary. Each transfers their force to the next blade, surprising the enemy and breaking an opponent's defenses. Requires Level Two Assassination

Effects: This technique utilizes a cloak, robe, or some other form of clothing that is capable of covering the majority of the body. The user will cover the garment will chakra, utilizing it to alter the color to fit the landscape, much like a chameleon in order to hide themselves. Weapons, body parts outside of the garment, are not effected by this. This technique does not provide true invisibility, but merely camouflage. An object striking the altered garment will disrupt the technique, ending it. Requires Level Two Assassination

Effects: The shinobi shall secretly place an explosive tag upon their hand, typically upon their palm in order to hide it when making a fist. Upon nearing a foe they will ignite the tag and strike an enemy, attacking them seconds before the explosion. They will cover they hand with chakra and push the energy forward, thus directing the majority of the explosion towards an enemy. They will take damage from their proximity to the blast but reduced, the majority of the force being projected towards an enemy.

Effects: A technique that allows a ninja to manipulate several dozens of weapons by manipulating a string, sending chakra impulses in order to move the weapons in whatever manner he desires. This allows him to levitate and coordinate the weapons, surrounding a foe with them and slicing an enemy to pieces. The more weapons utilized, the stronger and more difficult this technique is to face. Requires strings of some sort to manipulate them. Requires Level Two Assination

Effects: This technique is a jutsu that relaxes the body, the chakra soothing the muscle and relieving the stress and pain of the body. This causes the body to become lithe, responsive, and literately "Flow" around an opponent. It is not an increase in muscle force nor actually speed as much as it allows the user to remain calm and allow them to become precise, lessening by far-chance possible mistakes. As such this technique allows a shinobi to become closer to "Perfection", moving around a foes assault with the least amount of effort and striking with grace. Thus, their accuracy of blows and ability to dodge an enemies attacks are increased noticeably, ignoring weariness and wounds. Requires Level Three Assassination.

Effects: The first principle of Senkouken is speed- Being able to act quickly and efficiently. Senkou's core move thus is a technique that allows the user to propel themselves forward by allowing for a sudden push of chakra to strike from their feet onto the ground, propelling themselves at a speed that their movements become a blur. Skilled user's may project themselves at a point where they are no longer seen, and may utilize multiple steps in their attack. Senkouken is not a maintainable technique. Requires Level I Speed and Agility.

Effects: A technique that was contributed to the style by a famous Samurai, the founder of the style altered the move to fit his own style. Tsubame Gaeshi combines the second and third principles, being able to cut at great speed and timing. This technique, in turn, involves two precise furious cuts. The user will begin with a downward cut in order to lure them in, apparently giving a foe an opening from the initial strike. In reality, it is merely a trap. Once the enemy nears, the user will spin the blade around in his hand and cut upward, chakra within the arm/s propelling it upward, mimicking the movements of the Swallow. Requires Level Two Speed and Agility.

Effects: This jutsu relies on chakra being transferred down the hilt, causing the blade to glow vibrantly. When the user moves the blade, an optical illusion will be cause, the light of the blade moving a half-second before the actual one. This technique thus is able to slip past defenses by deceiving a foe's reactions. This makes fighting against the swordsman quite a challenge.

-INVENTORY-
『BASIC EQUIPMENT』
A pack issued to any ninja, that contains the following: ten shuriken, eight kunai (four for pack, four for leg holster), two smoke bombs, ten exploding tags, and one spool of wire (fifty feet).
『HYŌRŌGAN』
Special pills that are issued to any ninja, unlike Zōketsugan. These pills replenish the stamina and chakra and nourish the body of the person who ingests it. It's made of powerful stimulants and nutrients. Carry five.
『MAKABISHI』
Also known as caltrops, these items are carried in packs of fifteen, and are thrown in a battlefield or layed upon the ground as spikes to be stepped upon. There are useful for laying traps, preventing a foe's escape or limiting their movement. Caltrops mat be poisoned if one carries poison.
『BINGO BOOK』
A book that contains any and all information on every recorded nukenin, which all Jōnin and ANBU are given by their respective Kage or equally-powerful figure to hunt down and assassinate. The purpose of this is so that the village's secrets and/or kekkei genkai are not stolen or examined by the enemy. Kirigakure has a special unit within their ANBU called Oinin whose sole purpose is the complete eradication of these nukenin. Carry one.
『COMMON SCROLLS』
Rolls of paper that are used as storage by way of fūinjutsu. Things are stored within scrolls to ease the burden of moving large amounts of equipment around. Carry amount based by skill. Carries one on her back underneath her jacket, it contains 20 kunai that will launch in the direction it is aimed.

Everything looks good. I got 320 JP so that's 30 JP remaining. Your common scroll can carry 20 kunai, but they can't launch out. Other than that, Approved~
