Kumogakure vs Nokogakure: The New Generation

This is an ooc request for a mission; for my Kumogakure Genin, Franken Stein.

Because there is no Raikage, I have detailed the mission thus:

"Two suspicious individuals were sighted earlier today in the Land of Lightning by one of our village messenger hawks. Due to an extreme shortage of shinobi and the known level of talent of the shinobi in question, Genin "Frank N. Stein" has been assigned to perform a simple reconnaissance mission. For a D-rank mission, you [Stein] are assigned to observe and confront the targets and ascertain their reason for being in this area. If this meeting erupts into conflict, the mission will escalate to a C-rank mission." - Office of the Raikage

The individuals in question are Miku Arechi and Shura, from Nokogakure.

This mission has received ooc approval from all parties.
