Summoning Suggestion

I won't make a long paper, or some textbook assignment. Nor will I post a wall of text no one cares to read.

However, I would like to make a proposition for the administration to consider: instead of forcing the jutsu executed by summoned beings to further zap the summoner's supply of chakra, I would like to suggest the usage of NNL's system, where summons have a chakra pool equal to a ninja of their rank. The fact that summons seem to have their own chakra reservoir is also canon.

If that is not a possibility, than perhaps like Meijin and his puppets, I can receive a generous discount on chakra, if it truly must come from my character...even though canonically, summons have their own chakra reservoir.

The idea of chakra pools for summons has been shot down. However, the idea of a discount has seen some approval. The current idea is allowing a 25% discount for jutsu used by the summon. More information will be released as its thought up.
