-KNOWLEDGE & SKILL-
Ninjutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements).
Level II: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and jutsu from a primary element of his choice.
Level III: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and to have two ninjutsu elements. The second will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank than himself. The user gains a level one chakra trait for free.
Master Level: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu, and three ninjutsu elements. The third element will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank then himself. The shinobi's mastery of ninjutsu has given them access to a single Yin-Yang Balance Element. The user gains a level two chakra trait for free.
Genjutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja the ability to use up to C-rank Genjutsu of a single sub-type.
Level II: Allows the ninja to use genjutsu up to B-rank of a single sub-type. Gets Genjutsu Resistance Level I effects.
Level III: Allows the ninja to use Genjutsu up to A rank of two sub-types. Gets Genjutsu Resistance Level II effects.
Taijutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja to perform simple Taijutsu attacks, such as punches and kick combos. The Ninja can use Basic Taijutsu with no styles at this point.
Level II: Allows the ninja to have one Taijutsu fighting style with all allowed rank jutsus.

Speed & Agility
Master Level: Gives a huge boost on speed and agility. Every thing that requires speed or agility to do, is done with great facility by the ninja. The shinobi can perform multiple one-handed seals simaltaniously, and their two-handed seals are faster than the eye.
Strength and Power
Master Level: Gives a huge boost on strength and power. Every thing that requires strength to do, is done with great facility by the ninja. He has now a great endurance and resistance to damage.
Elemental Fusion
Level I: The shinobi has become proficient enough with his own elemental chakra to fusion two elements together giving the shinobi access to a fusion element.
*Chakra Capacity
*Level II: Allows the shinobi to sustain a greater amount of Chakra. 20% more Chakra. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of five CP over the total CP (applying skill bonus).
Level III: Allows the shinobi to sustain a Large amount of Chakra, 30% more. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of five CP over the total CP (applying skill bonus).
*Genjutsu Resistance
Level II: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of one rank higher. Also, allows the use of Genjutsu Hakai. Genjutsu of one sub-type require one less chakra to break.

Name: Waza no Jutsu [Walking Technique]

Effects: This technique is a must for any Shinobi. Difficult for some genins, Waza consists of basic manipulation of chakra through the fit. This is done through two ways. First, they may concentrate chakra to their soles to because adhesive, allowing them to walk on normally impossible surfaces, such as walls or a tree. Second, the user may force their chakra downward to act as a method of balance which grants them the ability to walk on water. Both take a constant concentration of chakra, and thus must be maintained each turn of usage for one chakra. This does not require hand seals.

Effects: The ability to draw from their reservoir of stamina in order to generate more chakra to use. This technique allows a ninja to take their body's energy in order to cast more jutsus during a battle. 10% of the Shinobi's Max chakra is replenished (Rounded down from .5). However, each time this is done it exhausts the body, due to the nature of forcing it go beyond it's safe limits. Each time further strains a user. This may be cast three times during a battle, with any further attempts causing a person to collapse. When performing Chakra Shugo, you may not have performed any jutsus this turn, nor may use any while doing this. Techniques in use may be maintained if they are of a supplementary or defensive nature. The chakra granted by this ability is added on your next turn. For purposes of percent, you use your Rank base. (Do not apply modifiers such as Chakra Capacity!)

Effects: Equal the cost of the genjutsu. If it is A-rank, it costs 3 more to break, and 5 more chakra to break if S-rank.
Effects: This advance technique allows the user to stop their flow of chakra and reactivate it in a burst of energy, essentially restarting their body in order to rid themselves of harmful chakra influences, most notably that of genjutsu. This technique may break genjutsus consisting of two or less sub-types. Requires Genjutsu Kai.
Name: Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Technique]

Effects: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements; however, other methods can be taken from the environment used to disguise the movement such as a swarm of leaves.
Effects with Agility and Speed Skill:
Master Level: May be used as often as the user wants with possibility of combo attack and jutsu use after.

Name: Katon Housenka no Jutsu [Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique]

Effects: Similar to Goukakyuu, Katon Housenka releases flames from the mouth, drawing into the necessary components and then igniting them. Housenka no jutsu, however, does not focus the chakra into one simple large entity but infact releases a number of fireballs simultaneous from the mouth. Each fireball is small, but the sheer number of them can make it difficult to face. This just releases on an average a dozen fireballs.

Effects: A special jutsu that releases a great smog from the mouth, enveloping a foe in a great black cloud that blinds those within. The true purpose of this jutsu, however, is the fact that it can be ignited by the smallest of flames, allowing the shinobi to turn the smog into a fiery death trap. A second technique or item must be used to ignite the smog.

Effects: An indirect technique, the ninja instead of shooting fire towards an opponent will release flames into the ground, spinning the fire into a drill of sorts which will race underground, burning a tunnel until it falling beneath a foe, where it will then shoot upward like geyser, surrounding a foe in a pillar of deadly flames.

Effects: A ninjutsu that disperses the user's chakra through the air to manipulate the water particles and alter their composition to produce a mist of varying thickness. Veiling an enemy's sight, this technique can be taken advantage of if used right, those who specialize in assassination and combat not based on sight best suited for battle in mist.
Name: Suishouha - [Water Collision Destruction]

Effects: Suishouha is a move that allows one mastery over the water, that controls every inch of H20 surrounding the user, be it in liquid or gas form, and forms it into a series of grand waves. This lashing barrage of merciless waves will continue to pound down on an opponent, the user able to redraw any liquid used by the technique and form it again into an attack. Because of this, this technique can be used indefinitely as long as the Shinobi has chakra to spare. The more water present, the greater the strength of the jutsu. This technique requires two additional chakra per turn to maintain.

Effects: An electrical technique that sends a surge of electricity through the body, causing mild pain through the nervous system. The purpose of this is to force the body to be aware, giving pain in order to "Re-start" the system. This is useful for preventing the body from falling unconsious, assisting one when disoriented, and aiding in concentration. This effect does not break genjutsus, though depending on the illusion may aide them in resisting it
Rairyuu no Tatsumaki [Lightning Dragon Tornado]

Effects: Rairyuu is a jutsu that spins an electircal field around the user, rotating it at gradually increasing speed and expanding the size of it. These conditions will cause a great cyclone of lightning to rage into existence. This tornado surrounding the user will move with the user- So striding towards a foe will cause Rairyuu to move with you. The rotating lightning casts as a blade, slicing anything near it and releasing small bolts of lightning erratically.

Effects: This technique creates a tiger made out of black flames. The tiger moves about similar to the real animal and is controlled the the motions of the users eyes. The tiger leaves small patches of fire under its feet. When the tiger attacks the target it swipes the target leaving black flames where its paws struck. Costs two chakra per post to maintain.

Effects: This technique manifests itself as a small ball of black flames within the user's hand. The user throws the ball high into the air where it rests until the user brings it down to earth. Effects: This technique generates a thin barrier of Ranton chakra around the user that can weaken the effect of other chakra based attacks as well as shock physical attacks that pass through the barrier. When broken the barrier will fire off a shockwave of electrical energy that has the potential to paralyze those caught within.

Effects: This technique generates a large orb of Ranton chakra centered around the user's clasped together hands. The orb will release a volley of Ranton lasers that fly toward the target. The lasers has a high-level of manueverability due to their connection to the user. The lasers create a small explosion upon impact. The initial barrage is only eight lasers, but the user can increase the lasers by paying an addition 4 chakra.

Effects: This jutsu is one that is not directly offensive compared to the other jutsu in Seishou Tentou. This jutsu concentrates on the user's footwork. By focusing energy in their leg's like in the Hayai Dageki technique the user moves forward at great speed, causing an afterimage like effect behind the user as they move. However at moving such a speed this jutsu is hard to control movement. Level 2 Speed and Agility Required.

Effects: This jutsu is the most destructive of all in the Seishou Tentou style, the jutsu starts with a set of hand seal's, once the hand seals are finished the user charges forward with chakra charged into both arm's. Once close enough the user strikes in quick succession with three strikes, each one possessing the strength of the maximum cannon. Requires Tai 2 and Nin 1 at least

A pack issued to any ninja, that contains the following: ten shuriken, eight kunai (four for pack, four for leg holster), two smoke bombs, ten exploding tags, and one spool of wire (fifty feet).

『ZŌKETSUGAN』
A special pill unique to Iryō-nin only, the Zōketsugan speeds up the formation and increase of blood in the body. After having lost a significant amount of blood in battle, the medic can use this pill to replenish it. Carry three.
『EXPLODING TAGS』
Exploding tags are scraps of paper inscribed with a special formula, centering around the kanji for explode, 「爆」"baku." Infused with chakra, they will explode either after a set amount of time has passed, or remotely. The tags can be attached to a surface or wrapped around a weapon to be thrown at an enemy. Carry five.
『HYŌRŌGAN』
Special pills that are issued to any ninja, unlike Zōketsugan. These pills replenish the stamina and chakra and nourish the body of the person who ingests it. It's made of powerful stimulants and nutrients. Carry five.
『KNIFE KNUCKLES』
As the description says, this weapon fits over the knuckles of the user. While not very advance, this weapon is good for increasing the power behind taijutsu attacks. The outside end of these knuckles have a blade that slightly curves out, the edge facing away from the body. This weapon requires no skill to use.

Everything's good except Hakai technically requires Genjutsu Kai as well. Other than that you're golden....lol
