Clan's Name: Hoozuki
Biography: The Hozuki Clan was a Secluded Clan within the Land of Water. This Clan remained hidden due to their Secret Art of Ninjutsu of the Suiton - Water Release. With the ability to transform their body into water the Hozuki clan became one of the most feared clans within the Water Country. As their country is surrounded by water the Hoozukis were used to guard the ports of the Water Country. They stayed around the Land of Frost and other places near bodies of water.

Effects: This Clan's Jutsu uses the Suirinni (Water Transmigration), However this jutsu doesn't counts as an Element. All it requires Suiton to be in this Clan. This Clan's purpose is to be impervious to physically contact and enabling themselves as master of manipulation of water, however they're weak against Raiton attacks while in water form. None of their techniques require hand seals to use.

By liquefying the whole body at will, this technique makes it impossible to receive damage from physical attacks. From a single hair to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified at will. Be it to evade an enemy's attack during a short range battle, to infiltrate a structure, or to launch a surprise attack in a liquefied state, this technique boasts a high strategic value. Using this, the user can also re-shape their body parts for suitable situations. The only way to contain a user of this technique is to lock them up in an airtight container so they cannot move about. When the user passes out, they turn into a jelly-like state. As this technique turns the body into water, the user is vulnerable to lightning techniques. Requires 1 chakra maintain per post.
Suiton Gousuiwan no Jutsu - Water Release Great Water Arm Technique

Suiton Onikana Nami Shougeki no Jutsu - Water Release Demon Fish Wave Crash Technique

After using the Mizugakure Rinne no Jutsu to merge with a vast amount of water source, the user can form a giant wave that has the appearance of a demon-like fish. The user can use this form to crash into his opponents potentially killing them, or the user can use it to shield allies from attack. Though in this form it is strong enough to fight against a large summoning. Requires Mizugakure Rinne no Jutsu.

Also you all know Hozuki can become hydrated when they're fatigued, whether they are physical exhausted, hit with a Raiton or either a powerful enough Katon. Once a Hozuki is hydrated the user cannot perform any Suiton Techniques related to their KG Techniques for x amount of post due to the amount of techniques being used. This list only applies for the Suirinne Techniques.
D-Rank: 10 D-rank usage in a match= Hydration for 3 post.
C-Rank: 8 C-rank usage in a match= Hydration for 5 post.
B-Rank: 6 D-rank usage in a match= Hydration for 7 post.
A-Rank: 4 D-rank usage in a match= Hydration for 9 post.
S-Rank: 2 D-rank usage in a match= Hydration for 11 post.
