BACKGROUND:

Clan's name: "Oto Shihai Ichizoku."

Clan's biography: This clan originated Otogakure no Sato however once the villages had been destroyed this clan went their separate ways. Once villages started sprouting up the clan members found a scroll containing their ninjutsu and went to various villages. Trying to find one right for them they settled on Kumogakure due to it's high altitude it was perfect for training without the worry of earthquakes or most storms. Currently the members are not exposed to the public however it is known they reside in Kumogakure.

Bloodline's name: Oto Atsukai

Bloodline's type:

Element/Substance creation and manipulation. This is either the fusion of two of the five primary chakra natures into a new one; the creation of a single new element that is an advanced form of one of the five primary chakra natures; or the creation and manipulation of a new substance, for example, wax or honey.

Effects: This gives the members of this bloodline the ability to use sound in various ways most didn't know existed. Their speech and hearing has changed over the years giving them hearing that can hear different frequencies also giving them the ability to hear miles away however this sensitivity is a double edged sword for them. Their jutsu may not affect them but by screaming in their ear it would be the same as a dog whistle. Speech for them has changed to where they can even imitate voices and go onto different frequencies of sound when using jutsu.

PRIZED POWERS:

Passive traits/abilities: Enhanced Hearing - Hearing that can hear different frequencies also giving them the ability to hear miles away however this sensitivity is a double edged sword for them. Their jutsu may not affect them but by screaming in their ear it would be the same as a dog whistle. However certain members have gained headphones that have inhibited their hearing to the point they only are able to have above average hearing.

Enhanced Vocal cords - Speech for them has changed to where they can even imitate voices and go onto different frequencies of sound when using jutsu.

Effects: The user will shout something or just yell causing a sound shockwave to throw the opponent back when used up close or if at a distance stopping them temporarily in their tracks. This is used for a short burst not for a extended period of time.

Effects: The user creates a sound wave within their mouth and doubles it over then releases it on the opponent causing them to lose hearing for one post the explosion also causes them to be disoriented throwing them off balance.

Effects: The user will begin to hum gently however to the target the humming becomes louder until it is the only thing they can hear. Once it reaches that point it goes up in pitch until the user dispels it, is forced to stop or the target becomes deaf.

Effects: The user makes a noise be it a scream or a roar to summon a 10 by 5 shock wave that repels weapons and most taijutsu.

Effects: Much like battle roar this is a longer version that will still throw people back at a distance but instead of being a short burst it is able to go on for a longer amount of time and eventually cause the target's ears to bleed.

Effects: The user lets forth a vicious roar that is amplified to the point where it can knock down trees in it's path and break bones with the force it pushes at. Best used up close to where it can do it's maximum damage by deafening the target for three post.

Effects: The user creates a sound wave within their mouth and creates more until the user releases it from their mouth. Often saying something like "Dr. Onagonapus Blah!" It will be like a grenade explosion to the side of the face blowing out their ear drums, knocking them away, and also permanent deafness if not treated with medical attention.

This clan is alright, but it seems a bit odd and potentially OP. The sound balls don't seem quite feasible. I'll have to get another Admin's input before I can approve it.

Approved with an admin decision for a condition of five jutsu allowed per battle for strain on vocal chords. Left out for the clan holder to agree to the condition.
