Charred Ruins

Far south of Nokogakure lies the remains of what seemed to be a city. It is unknown if the volcano was the force that destroyed this place or if it had been burned to the ground beforehand. The ruins have remained untouched, and locals believe the whole area to be haunted.

Forgotten Tomb

Forty years ago, there was a great scaled battle held in the Land of Ash. It is rumored that during this battle that the man who brought back the teachings of ninjas was killed. They say his body was covered in pitch and set ablaze. No remains were ever found, and his followers constructed a tomb in his name. Over the last decade, the area has become overgrown with lush greens. It is almost impossible to find the grave site, but a large stone structure rests in the middle of this area. It's carved with designs of a strange tongue, but maybe it holds clues...

Temples and Shrines

Land of Ash boasts a large number of shrines built to honor the many volcanoes in the land as well as many temple to practice religion and arts. Some of these temples have been converted to shinobi temples as the ninja art has taken the world by storm once again. These temples and shrines are as scattered across the land as their purposes are varied. No one structure will be the same.
