Scattered Towns

No country can thrive without towns. Inside Raikou no Kuni are large fortified towns that deals with trading to provide money. These towns range from small villages to robust trading hubs, each town unique and sending its traders through frost country into the ninja country.

Fuyu Kuudo

Fuyu Kuudou is one of the various places of legend in the land of lightning. The Cave was once said to be the resting place of the Nibi before it was awoken during the Bijuu's Awakening. The cavern was greatly expanded during the Nibi's escape from it. The rumors that circulate about the cave now is one told by the storysmiths of Raikou no Kuni. It is a story of how two friends fought to the death at the cave, and that one left alive and another left in a state of un-life.

Ikazuchi Chishio

In the lore of Raikou no Kuni there comes a tale that contradicts the fire countries tale of the Bijuu's final capture. In Raikou no Kuni it is that that a man by the name of Tenchi who was a hermit in the mountain range of Ikazuchi Chishio that fought the Nibi and the Hachibi and sealed them into the mountains themselves. This story is revered to be the truth of this land and causes a certain amount of reverence for the snow capped mountain range of Ikazuchi Chishio.

Between Kumogakure and the border of Raikou no kuni lies a small mountain that is known by travelers to be a natural hot spring. This hot spring however hides a secret. Inside of the mountain lies a bounty office that is the most luxurious of all bounty offices. Inside of the office is a plethora of various hot springs that people can use while they wait for bounties to come in.
